The Callum and Daniel Sad-Guy Blues Band

For those of you who missed last Tuesday's episode, where Daniel and Callum became best friends and Callum showcased the work of one of Sh St's scriptwriter's I'd most like to have a beer with, I've decided to shrink it down to a photo story.

Callum and Daniel are sitting around at the IV, shooting the shit. Enter Sarah Potts, softly humming Buzzcocks hits. She is bemused but delighted that they are suddenly besties, and shows this by asking them what the hell they could possibly be talking about together. They're going to have a sad-guy blues band, Daniel tells her. A sad-guy blues band for sad guys whose lives were ruined by Hunter's drug rampage. Callum decides it's time for some relevant cultural references, and also to bare the depths of his soul.

"Alanis Morrissette covers band!"

"I like the Smiths.... I love the Smiths."

"That's tragic", says Daniel, thus settling the long-unresolved question of whether young Daniel is cooler than old Callum or not. (Answers below)
